Booking & Deposit Details

At Take Your Shot, we deliver a premium, white-glove mobile golf experience for corporate events and luxury private gatherings. To ensure availability, equipment care, and a seamless event experience, we operate on a structured booking and deposit system.

Booking Deposit (To Secure Your Event Date)

A booking deposit is required at checkout to confirm your reservation and remove the simulator from general availability for your selected date.

  • Private Events:
    A flat $200 booking deposit

  • Corporate Events:
    25% of the total rental rate

  • Multi-Day & Luxury Experiences:
    A higher deposit may be required to accommodate advanced logistics, staffing, and extended equipment usage

The remaining balance is collected prior to your scheduled event date.

Security Authorization Hold

Security Authorization Hold (Equipment Protection)

Our simulators feature high-definition launch monitors, professional enclosures, and premium components. To protect this equipment while keeping the process convenient for our clients, we apply a temporary authorization hold rather than a cash charge.

How the Security Hold Works

  • $500 temporary authorization hold is placed on your card 24 hours prior to the event
  • This is not a charge and does not withdraw funds from your account
  • The hold is automatically released once our team completes breakdown and confirms all equipment is returned in original condition
